Happy President's Day
Presidents' Day, observed annually on the third Monday of February in the United States, honors the nation's past presidents, with a particular focus on George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Originally established in 1879 to celebrate Washington's birthday (February 22), the holiday shifted in 1971 under the Uniform Monday Holiday Act to provide a consistent three-day weekend, landing on February 17 in 2025. While officially still called "Washington's Birthday" at the federal level, it’s commonly known as Presidents' Day, reflecting a broader tribute to all U.S. presidents.
